What started as a small shop serving coffee, ice treats, and traditional Mexican snacks has grown into two full-service restaurant locations, a food truck, and a catering division that serves Grand Rapids and beyond. Over 20 years later, the Córdova family is still behind the counter – their children now carrying forward the same dedication that built this restaurant from the ground up.
